Our ideal Partner (either a private entrepreneur or a company) has the following capabilities and expertise:

• familiar with and has had successful experience of b2b sales
• extensive network of professional contacts in the industry/area; ability to grow contact network
• technical background/team, ideally in lighting, energy efficiency, green technologies
• experience in managing processes of logistics, electric installation, project development, service,
  product certification is a plus

The Partner can operate as (in an ascending order of the level of engagement):

• match-maker
• agent
• re-seller of ITW`s products and solutions
• full scale LED lighting solution provider

• trainings for the Partner’s sales staff
• marketing materials and sales support (e. g. joint participation in exhibitions, customers visits etc.)
• exclusivity for a certain territory may be granted depending on the sales volumes and level of
